Quensland

During the holidays, I went with most of my family to the Gold Coast. The flight was 2 hours long. When we got there we rented a car and drove to Southern Cross apartments. It was so nice there because they had 2 spas, 1 sauna and a lap pool. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge room, a dining table, a balcony, a kitchen, loads of decorations such as shells and plants although, we did not really want them. The chairs had recliners and they were comfy.  

On Thursday and Friday we went to 2 theme parks call Dreamworld and White Waterworld. I much preferred White water because the rides were much more fun than the ones in Dreamworld which were way too scary. Trust me, do not go on them! A ride we went on at White Waterworld was called The Rip which was a big slide where you had to hold onto a big rubber thing that had four seats and handles and then you just fell. My dad was the biggest and he leaned down which made it go really fast. At the end, it was a big circle. Another ride was called The Bro where you raced against your family and friends. I always was coming first then just came last every time. Also, there was a ride called the Super Hydrocoaster. It was the scariest of them all!

On Saturday night we went to the footy saint's v brisbane at the Gabba. Since it was interstate my mum and i thought there would be barely any saints supporters but there were loads and we were so surprised. It was a nail biter. The score was 92 to 105. Stkilda won thanks to leeny and macavoy. On Sunday we went to Byron Bay. We went to a beach there and then we went to lunch. My brother Jasper and i played pack man  and i had fish. On Monday we went to the beach across the road from our apartment. Then we went to lunch across the road next to the beach. i had fish and a free ice cream and then we drove to the airport.

I did not want to leave Queensland. I had the best time ever.

This is my brother and i on river rapids at Dreamworld. it was the
only ride we went on as a family. Whenever we went
down the water falls my sister Lydia and I always got

splashed. it was scary whenever we were in the dark and went down the water fall.

This ride was called the Little rippers. it was fun because there was no waiting in line so we could just go on it 1 million times.

 This is me on the balcony in our apartment. What my hand is doing is putting the sun out of my eyes. Look at the view behind me. I'm leaving the life.

This is me driving a Vintage car. It was a life time experience. I did not realise how much fun it is to drive a car. I was like "ow my god this is so FUN"!
